Blass’s photo would seem to confirm our own intuition that the fingerprint scanner has been moved to be adjacent to the camera module, an odd location to be sure. We also see a USB Type-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a bottom-firing speaker. It’s a typically-Samsung glass and metal design.
The two models, with 5.8- and 6.2-inch QHD Super AMOLED screens that cover 83 percent of their front panels, were first detailed by The Guardian. Because of their unusual size, their aspect ratio — at 18.5:9 — deviates slightly from the industry-standard 16:9 and quite similar to upcoming LG G6. As The Guardian noted, both models sport Samsung’s “edge” display, which curves downward on both sides of the handset.
It also runs android Nougat-powered phones may include different SoC – Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 and Exynos Version. All this two models processor are based on 10 nano-meter fabrication methods. Performance Data said this make theme 11 % faster then Galaxy S7 overall, 23 % faster graphic processing and 20 % more energy efficient.
Samsung Galaxy S8 might have bigger display size then Galaxy S8, but same traditional 3000mAh and 3500mAh for the 5.8-inch and 6.2-inch designs.
the main camera supposedly process a new visual search functionally, with icon appearing on screen. And alongside the selfie cam is another sensor to endow the S8 with the same iris-scanning capability
One value-added feature is the ability to connect the handsets to a monitor for a desktop view of Android that can be controlled via keyboard and mouse, like Microsoft Continuum, called Samsung DeX — though it requires an optional, HDMI-equipped dock.
